Screws on all 5.25" drive bay covers
|
Behind
the door is the full aluminum case. All four 5.25"
drive bays have individual covers that are re-attachable
and secured with thumb screws. The 3.5" drive
bays also have covers that are re-attachable, but
only that they snap on and off as shown below.
Below
the drive bays resides a dual fan filter that covers
two individual case fans that comes with the case.
The case fans point directly to the lower compartment
of the case where the hard drives would go. It's part
of the entire cooling system that draws cold air from
outside of the case. The fan filter works flawlessly
and can be taken out for cleaning easily. The case
is equipped with a built-in fan controller. The small
knob next to the fan filters allows you to adjust
the dual intake fan speed.
With
a gentle push on the door, the locking mechanism releases
and swings it open. The door bolted to the frame of
the removable facade and is not flimsy at all.
