We are really surprised how well the 4 tiny LEDs actually lite up the entire fan, giving a bright and charming blue. It's not as bright as cold cathode lights, but a couple of these are definitely enough to light up a medium tower ATX case.

The fan is very quiet comparing to most generic 80x80x25mm fans we have tried. We put the fan in one of our computers and we can barely hear any noise from it. We just placed the fan without securing it to the case. Despite the high 2500RPM rotation speed, it runs very steadily without much vibration. We should really credit Cooler Master's patented Rifle bearing.

The airflow, again, is outstanding as claimed in its stats sheet. We think the fan has a rather deceving look which led us to think it's simply a "showoff fan". Much to our surprise, this is absolutely a solid performer.

To be honest with you, we were fooled by it's nice looks. This baby is a solid performer with great looks which is definitely worth the extra bucks. It is quiet, steady, pretty, and offers great performance. We're sure you'll find also find Cooler Master TFL-R82 a great buy.
